Our homes bring families impacted by autism comfort and togetherness. We make trip planning easier by providing a selection of autism-friendly vacation rentals in the best destinations, along with helpful tools, services and amenities.
For families with children on the autism spectrum, the idea of a family vacation can be overwhelming. Many destinations are just so crowded, so loud, and unfamiliar with the everyday routine. Hotels may feel strange and very different from home. We have heard from these families that staying in a comfy, quiet and home-like vacation rental was the answer to their prayers. For many, it was the first time they were able to go on vacation.
Here’s a review from one mom who stayed in one of our homes:
"My 4 year old is on the autism spectrum, so I had to find somewhere to stay that would have a "home " look and feel to it... your property was easy to find, but my son was having a difficult time. It was late and we weren't home yet. Once we entered the property, we were all equally excited. He felt at ease, and I was in "home-heaven." Everything was well maintained, clean, and just a dream. This was definitely an amazing stay... I think the kids enjoyed the property more than they enjoyed the theme parks! Thank you, thank you, thank you... Your property definitely made this a dream vacation!" -- Maribel S.

We know that preparing to travel with a child who has autism can take extra planning. Working with the Center for Autism Related Disorders (CARD) at University of Miami, we have created some tools to help you and your child prepare for your trip.
We contribute $10 from each and every booking on our platform to the VillaKey Cares™ fund to help support travel expenses for families who struggle with autism and may not have the resources to afford a vacation on their own.
