1. Cinderella’s Castle
What’s more magical than a photo with a fairytale castle as the backdrop? At number one on our list, this iconic spot is a must for everyone visiting Walt Disney World! You can’t go wrong here at any time of day, and there are a ton of places throughout the park to capture a shot — from Main Street, Tomorrowland, and many others.
2. Spaceship Earth at Epcot
Lovingly known as the “Epcot ball”, this popular attraction at Disney World is one of our favorite places to stop and take a photo with family and friends! It’s beautiful from any angle and at any time during the day. But, for an extra special sight, head to Epcot after the sun goes down to view Spaceship Earth lit up in beautiful colors!
3. The Tree of Life in Animal Kingdom
Animal Kingdom is home to a variety of live animals, including flamingos, kangaroos, lemurs, and more! Nestled within the park, you’ll find the majestic Tree of Life, a 145-foot sculpture of a baobab tree that is absolutely gorgeous! If you look close, you’ll see the shapes of over 300 animals carved into the tree. It’s a magical sight not to be missed and makes #3 on on list of Instagram-worthy spots at Disney World! Grab your phone, take a snapshot, and upload to Instagram to make all of your friends envious of your travels.
4. Star Wars: Millennium Falcon
For the Star Wars fans in the world, this is the place to be for the perfect Instagram shot! After opening in 2019, the Millennium Falcon has captivated the hearts and thrilled even the most enthusiastic fans. There are so many photo opportunities within Star Wars Land at Disney World, it’s unbelievable. From the incredible viewing area to the interior of the spaceship where you’ll find two restaurants!
5. The Valley of Mo’ara at Pandora: World of Avatar
Located within Disney’s Animal Kingdom park, discover a world like no other at The Valley of Mo’ara! Be immersed in a paradise filled with photo opportunities. The floating mountains that look unbelievably realistic and forests that light up at night make for the perfect Instagram-worthy backgrounds. Plus, there are exotic plants that come to life and an archway that looks like it was created for photos.
6. Sunset Boulevard at Hollywood Studios
Missing California? Head over to Sunset Boulevard at Hollywood Studios. The strip is lined with palm trees and is filled with dining, shopping, and dining options. One of the classic spots here is the Route 66 sign and stack of vintage suitcases — 100% Instagram-worthy if you ask us!
7. World Showcase at Epcot
Epcot is the home to World Showcase with 11 nations to explore — Mexico, Norway, China, Germany, Italy, United States, Japan, Morocco, France, United Kingdom, and Canada. You’ll find countless opportunities for fun and creative photos throughout the entire park! One of our favorite areas to stop, relax, and sit down for a few photos with family and friends is the Morocco pavilion. There are gorgeous mosaic walls that are a definately one of the top Instagram-worthy spots at Disney World. Just take a look:
8. Partners Statue in Magic Kingdom
Another iconic place not to be missed is the Partners Statue in front of Cinderella’s Castle! Featuring Walt Disney and Mickey Mouse, the statue is 6 feet 5 inches tall and is the perfect place for an Instagram-worthy photo op! Plus, you’re only steps away from the castle.
9. The Purple Wall
Right outside of Tomorrowland, near the entrance to the Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor, you’ll find the infamous Purple Wall! Aside from the Purple Wall, there are numerous walls throughout Disney World that have become extremely popular for photo ops. Check out the Walls of Disney on Instagram for some inspiration!
10. Splash Mountain
You’ll find a dedicated photo area in front of Splash Mountain that’s the perfect place for an Instagrammable moment! There’s also nothing that comes close to a photo of the entire family laughing and screaming on the log flume rides.
