When you think of Epcot, do the fantastic festivals and events immediately come to mind? They do for us too! From the Festival of the Arts and the Festival of the Holidays to tasting new food and drinks from all over the world at Taste of Epcot Food & Wine Festival — the entire year is loaded with unbelievable experiences at this popular Disney park. But today, we’re here to provide you with a thorough guide to the 2022 Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival!

This year the festival will officially return from March 2nd, 2022, to Independence Day (July 4th, 2022) — which gives you 125 days to relish the topiary Disney characters, landscaped gardens, exquisite examples of imaginative horticulture, and a magical opportunity to taste fare inspired from locations around the globe. The kiddos will most definitely adore Spike’s Pollen-Nation Exploration scavenger hunt, and food lovers in the fam will appreciate the Garden Graze, where they can try five unique menu items to receive a festival-exclusive treat.

Incredible Epcot Flower and Garden Disney Character Topiaries and Exhibits

Epcot truly never looks any better than it does in the spring! Vibrant colors from the perfectly cultivated flowers and expansive gardens transform the entire park. The displays perfectly frame Spaceship Earth, and there are over a dozen enchanting specialty gardens between World Showcase and Future World (creating almost endless photo opportunities for your IG account)!

Fan favorites make an appearance every year like Mickey Mouse and crew, Kermit the Frog, Beauty and the Beast, Tinkerbell, and the most cherished cast members from The Lion King! But, it’s always fun to find new additions or see if a location has changed. We certainly can’t wait to see which topiaries and gardens will be on display in 2022! Can you?

Outdoor Kitchens at Epcot Festival

Food to Try at the Outdoor Kitchens

Foodies rejoice! One of the best things about the Epcot Flower and Garden Festival is all the different types of foods and drinks to enjoy! While we’ve heard that there won’t be any new booths this year, there will be over 18 food booths available at the festival, and the complete list is below:

  • Bauernmarkt  Germany: Bavarian bites and more can be found at this Farmer’s Market that offers a variety of köstlich (delicious) dishes! There have been warm strudels and potato pancakes to indulge in years past.
  • Cider House — Near United Kingdom: Have a cider connoisseur in your family? This should be on your list of must-go places to taste a myriad of flavors and artisanal creations. We sure hope they bring back the cider flight this year!
  • The Citrus Blossom: Florida is known for our locally grown citrus and the infamous Orange Bird! Here you can try a variety of foods and drinks that feature lemons, oranges, and grapefruit. Located near Port of Entry.
  • EPCOT Farmers Feast: Farm-fresh ingredients find their way to you through hearty cuisine and tasty sides! Located near Test Track presented by Chevrolet®.
  • EPCOT Sunshine Griddle: Avocado toast or shrimp and grits? Yes, you can even enjoy scrumptious breakfast flavors near Test Track presented by Chevrolet®.
  • Flavor Full Kitchen Hosted by AdventHealth: Healthy ingredients fresh from the farm and here to nourish you during your visit to Epcot! Located between Imagination! and Refreshment Port.
  • Fleur de Lys: Head over to France for delectable cuisine, tasty treats like vanilla-filled beignets, and wine that will transport you to the Eiffel Tower.
  • Hanami: Journey to Japan for inventive menu items paired with sake and unique Japanese-inspired cocktails at this creative outdoor kitchen.
  • The Honey Bee-stro: Sweet, sweet honey! Satisfy your sweet tooth with a menu of all-natural dishes and beverages infused with the nectar of the gods. This booth can be found near Port of Entry and made its first debut in 2018.
  • Jardin de Fiestas: We’re always ecstatic to see what’s going on in the Mexico Pavilion during the festivals, and this outdoor kitchen will be sure to pair authentic Mexican cuisine with fun flavored margaritas again (at least we hope).
  • La Isla Fresca: Mouthwatering Caribbean-inspired dishes here we come! Here you can sample from a menu of wonderfully seasoned bites.
  • Lotus House: Bubble tea and housemade crab and cheese wontons were a hit last year, and we’re crossing our fingers they will be on this menu in the China Pavilion!
  • Magnolia Terrace: Cajun-style Roasted Oysters, Crawfish Étouffée, a Pecan Cake, AND a Bayou-inspired cocktail… yes, please! While we don’t know what will be on the menu this year, we’re positive the delectable comfort food will blow you away. Located in American Adventure.
  • Northern Bloom: Traverse to Canada to discover traditional Canadian fare! Think maple and plenty of northern-inspired drink selections.
  • Pineapple Promenade: Pineapple Dole Whip is a must grab for any trip to Disney, and this is where to find it alongside many other fruity favorites near Port of Entry! For those who love trying a sampling of beer, they had a pineapple beer flight last year that will hopefully make a return again.
  • Primavera Kitchen:  Craving Italian delicacies like ravioli, fried risotto balls, and cannolis? Head over to Italy for a snack paired with a glass of wine!
  • Tangierine Café: Treat your taste buds to the exotic flavors of Medina in World Showcase’s Morocco pavilion! Falafels, kebabs, and breads will hopefully await.
  • Trowel & Trellis Hosted by Impossible™: Last but not least, this 18th booth provides cleaver plant-based renditions of your favorite foods! Located near Disney Traders.

You’ll also find these year-round stops available during the festival: Refreshment Outpost, Refreshment Port, Funnel Cake, and Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company.

Budget tip for Epcot festivals: Love food as much as we do, but need to stay within a specific budget? A popular way to keep from overspending is to purchase a bracelet gift card from one of the gift shops and load it with the amount you want.
