Take a trip around the world to celebrate holidays internationally at the Epcot International Festival of Holidays. Enjoy savory snacks, bold beverages, and decadent desserts as you celebrate around the world. The event kicks off in mid-November and runs throughout the holiday season.
While you’re in the area, make time to stop in the town of Celebration. See snowfall amid the balmy temperatures of central Florida at Celebration’s Winter Wonderland. This is a snowy tradition for locals and visitors alike, and is often called an oasis amid the hustle and bustle of theme park fun. During the Winter Wonderland event, there are horse-drawn carriage rides, light shows, train rides and ice skating. Nightly snowfall starts November 30.
Another magical option is SeaWorld of Orlando’s Christmas Celebration. The event will feature delicious food, live shows, holiday shopping, and entertainment. Be sure to take a walk through the wintery, watery wonderland and visit the famous Sea of Trees.
If you have children, LEGOLAND should be on your list this holiday season. The holiday celebration at LEGOLAND — which includes a kids’ New Years Party — offers a combination of seasonal shows, treats, special LEGO characters throughout the park, holiday lights, fireworks (on select nights) and more. This celebration begins the weekend after Thanksgiving and runs throughout the holiday season.
Minutes away in Kissimmee, Florida, The Holidays at Old Town is a tradition you won’t want to miss. You can bring the entire family to watch the holidays come alive with a magical display of festive decorations and lights throughout the brick-paved streets of Old Town. Of course, in the center of town will stand the iconic 40+ feet tall Christmas tree. This tradition will continue on November 23 and run through December 25.
